The "China Talent Training Program" is an educational public welfare poverty alleviation project jointly initiated by the Working Committee for Caring for the Next Generation of the Ministry of Education, the China Next Generation Education Foundation, and the High School affiliated to Tsinghua University。Project since 2013，It has successively established 54 national-level poverty-stricken counties in Yunnan, Sichuan, Gansu, Jilin, Hebei, Chongqing, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Qinghai, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region，Through the assessment, 260 excellent students were selected to become the students of the "China Talent Training Program"，Ethnic minority students account for 28 percent of the total.8%。The selected students have participated in training activities in the affiliated high school of Tsinghua University free of charge for five consecutive years, starting from the summer vacation of the first grade。
